• Delivering the VPS setup and security hardening service you purchased
• Communicating about your service (scope confirmation, progress updates, sign-off delivery)
• Providing support during the included support window
• Generating the sign-off document

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in South Africa. Server credentials are handled with the following security measures:

• Credentials are changed immediately upon first access
• Temporary credentials are stored only for the duration of the service
• All credential data is deleted after the support window closes
• Sign-off documents are delivered securely and not stored on our systems after delivery
• All communication is conducted via encrypted channels (HTTPS, Signal)

5. Data Retention

• Server credentials: Deleted immediately after handover and credential change confirmation
• Contact information: Retained for the duration of the support window, then deleted unless you opt into ongoing communication
• Service records: Sign-off documents are provided to you and not retained on our systems
• Intake form submissions: Deleted after the support window closes

6. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Your data may be processed through:

• Payment processor: PayFast (SA-based, PCI-DSS compliant) — only payment data, no server credentials
• Hosting provider: Your chosen VPS provider (Hetzner, DigitalOcean, etc.) — only to access your server with your permission

We will never sell, rent, or share your data without your explicit consent.
